📦 How to return your cartridges

1. Keep your empty cartridges in their original packaging or in a small bag.
2. Request a prepaid return label via the link below.
3. Place the cartridges in the package, stick on the label and drop it in a mailbox.
4. We receive your cartridges to sort, recycle or reuse their components.

✅ Good to know - The return label is free and available upon request for all our subscribers.

• You need to group several cartridges in the same package.
• We work with certified partners to ensure recycling complies with environmental standards.
• Help us reduce our postage costs! Send us multiple cartridges at once! Do you have toner cartridges? We'll take those too! If you're in the Montreal area, we can pick them up or tell you where to drop them off!
